The scheduling module will only allow you to select 3 providers at a time so if you don’t see a time that works for your schedule, de-select and then re-select new providers
The software will only allow you to schedule 6 months in advance
If you are scheduling siblings, please schedule consecutive appointments 30 minutes apart with the same provider. For example, a parent cannot be in Dr. Oberman’s exam room at 3:00 pm with your 3-year-old and in Dr. Cohen’s exam room with your 6-year-old at the same time.
Please call the office to schedule an appointment if your child is younger than 3 years old
If you do not see availability when you need it, please call the office at 845-359-0010 and we do our best to accommodate you.
