Description Seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Valhalla, NY.

Background:

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Information Systems and Security, we are looking for a Data Analyst professional who is passionate about data and data analysis processes in a healthcare setting. The role will interact with our IT/IS Department(s) and various Operational and Clinical with a focus on problem solving, data analysis, and reporting utilizing data analysis tools within a context of health information systems and standards, operational objectives, and with a goal of reporting on a variety of health information system measurable outcomes. You should have a successful history of managing large and small projects and communicating out to stakeholders with the aim to support healthcare delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (four-year College or technical school) Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information technology or any related field.
  • 1-3 plus years of experience in data analysis, reporting, etc.
  • Experience with ASP.NET VB/C# and Web Development
  • Experience with SQL, Microsoft Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools required.
  • Experience with configuration and implementation of ETL processes.
  • Experience with SQL RDMS Administration and T-SQL, development of Queries, stored procedures & db. triggers
  • Good communication skills as this role works with team members and other internal clients.
  • Successful history of managing large and small projects and communicating out to stakeholders with the aim to support healthcare delivery
  • 1-3 plus years of experience in Healthcare or IT industry or equivalent.
  • Revenue Cycle Management / Financial reporting a plus.
  • NextGen certified desired
  • Experience with Crystal Reports
  • Experience with NextGen template / document development
