Assistant Office Manager

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide Administrative support, and other related duties/ functions designed to assist the Office Manager
• Assist in obtaining and distributing clinical and physician schedules as necessary
• Attend offsite meetings as needed
• Assist in the scheduling and pre-authorization in hospital procedures as directed
• Managing staff questions, training, hiring, firing, etc.
• Assist Office Manager with staff coverage
